| All un-used paint must be taken home and cannot be brought back into or on the premises of Obnoxious Paintball. Players are not permitted to bring their own paint into or on the premises of Obnoxious Paintball. Field paint only....No exceptions. Once paint is out of our hands we no longer have control over what is done to it.

- Group rate for parties of 10 or more: $10.00 per player + $5.00 OFF ALL PAINT.
- Standard Birthday / Private Party fee (per field) - LIMITED ON FRIDAY & SATURDAY PEAK HOURS:
- $55.00 per player (minimum of 10 and a maximum of 30 players for each field) – includes our rental Planet Eclipse® ETEK 3 AM marker, Dye® 09 Rotor, Premium mask, chest protector, 500 Premium balls, plus pizza from Pizzeli's - 516.783.1300
- We offer PARTY PAINT SPECIALS on ALL Paint
- Players with all their own equipment will have 500 Premium balls substituted for marker, mask, and chest protector

POLICIES:
THERE IS NO BRING YOUR OWN PAINT - Determined by Nassau County & the Town of Hempstead. Below are Obnoxious Paintball's field paint fees and other pricing. Obnoxious does not allow CO2 to be used inside the facility. All players must use the compressed air provided FREE & UNLIMITED while participating inside Obnoxious Paintball. We do have compressed air tank rentals for players with CO2.
All players age 14 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times inside the facility. Obnoxious (and our insurance) does not allow any players at any time under the age of 10 years to participate on the fields -- NO EXCEPTIONS. All players age 17 and younger must have parent's or guardian's singed consent form along with your standard player form. No players 17 and younger are allowed inside the facility after 11 pm - adults ONLY (exceptions will be made for team nights). VALID PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PLAYERS OR PARENTS/GAURDIAN (passport, drivers license, military ID, school ID, or equivalent).
Walk-ons are open to any field unless we have a private party or team practice on said field. Whatever field a walk-on/group plays on will stay on that field for the game. If the walk-on cannot establish him/herself onto a team, the field manager and/or referees will determine who plays with which team. No one else can come on to that field after the game/teams are set and have started.
If a player on any field leaves, a substitution will be allowed to that team. The substitution will be determined by the team and/or management. A player can be substituted from the other team or from a walk-on. At this time other players will be allowed to substitute and/or leave. The entire team can decide to leave the field and end their session as well. At this time their field will be given to the next party/team waiting.
Every player/professional entering the arena will have their bags & equipment checked by management. Barrel socks must be on the barrels of your markers at all times unless you are about to start your game on the fields. No grenade launchers, hand grenades, and any other ordinance projectiles allowed unless otherwise approved by management for special occasions. All players using their own marker must have all their markers being used chronographed by our Field Referee or Air Smith to 270 feet per second (fps) or less prior to entering any field.
Professional teams that will be officially sponsored by Obnoxious Paintball will have special practice session times throughout the week. These times and days will be coordinated with the team captains and the owners/manager and will be conducted during non-business hours of operation. Obnoxious will also rent any field** to any professional teams or large parties during non-business hours. The times and days will be scheduled as to not interfere with Obnoxious Paintball's sponsored teams/professionals.
Obnoxious holds a strict 1-Strike Policy -- Grounds for permanent ejection from Obnoxious Paintball include but are not limited to:
- Illegal paint & equipment used after being warned
- Fighting, blatant cheating, and inappropriate taunting
- Blind shooting
- Shooting/throwing paint anywhere off the field & in the marked chrono area
- Theft, destruction, and/or defacement of property
- Markers with velocity set over 270 fps after they have been adjusted
Management reserves the right to eject any player at any time for misconduct unbecoming of Obnoxious Paintball and the saftety of its patrons.
