Front Receptionist / Retail Cashier (19 and over):

Welcome customers and players by greeting and directing them appropriately.
Answering phones for Obnoxious Paintball. Knowledge of paintball is not required, but is a plus.
Cashier duty for the Pro•Shop and its customers – PC-based registers and credit card transactions. Will train on the system, but basic PC skills are required.
Basic office duties, including filing, copying and faxing.
Contributes to the Obnoxious Team by accomplishing related results as needed.
Maintain a safe & clean reception and retail area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Pro•Shop Sales / Retail:

Welcome customers and players by greeting and offering assistance.
Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
Assist with product displays, product placement, and inventory.
Maintain a safe & clean Pro•Shop by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Contributes to the Obnoxious Team by accomplishing related results as needed.
At least 2-3 years of experience in paintball retail/sales or 5+ years playing paintball with retail experience is required.

Security Officer:

In charge of all security and safety for the Obnoxious Paintball facility.
Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively in a calm & cool manner.
Must be able to interact with the players and customers in a professional manner.
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Will be required to monitor the security system in order to maintain safety and to ensure there is no theft inside the facility or outside in the parking lots and the surrounding area.
Nightshift is in charge of closing the front parking lot every night at 10 pm – requiring all players to exit in the rear in a quiet and safe manner.
At least 5+ years of experience in security or bouncing is required.
Experience in law enforcement (police, corrections, federal) or personal security a plus.

Field Manager:

In charge of overseeing the daily field operations of the Obnoxious Paintball facility and its Field Referees.
Must organize all teams, walk-ons, and other players to their appropriate fields as well as maintaining order and discipline on the fields of play.
Promote and adhere to all Obnoxious Safety rules & regulations on the fields and off.
Oversee Field Referees and patrons in Fire Drills and in case of any emergency - Obnoxious has a PA system for emergencies.
Experience with organizing paintball fields, times, players, and referees is required.
Strong multi-tasking skills.
Air Compressor experience & maintenance is a plus, but will train.
CPR & First Aid trained & certified a plus, but will also certify.
Excellent communication skills, supervisory, management, and strong leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt easily to any challenge.
College degree is required as well as a resume.

Field Referee/Field Maintenance:

In charge of overseeing players, field play both on & off, and maintaining field rules & regulations which include: safety....SAFETY, markers chrono'd to 270, fairness, and friendliness.
Clean & organize the field after games and at the end of each shift (total clean), which includes: turf, bunkers, spectator windows, safety equipment enclosures, fire estinguishers, and all Exit signs.
Learn and administer Fire Safety Drills and point patrons to the proper Fire Exits throughout the facility.
Strong multi-tasking skills.
MUST have at least 2 years referee experience working in an indoor and or outdoor paintball field.
MUST have a high degree of knowledge concerning the latest rules and formats of paintball.
Air Compressor experience & maintenance is a plus, but will train.
CPR & First Aid trained & certified a plus, but will also certify.

Experienced Air Smith / Marker Technician:

Maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of ALL brands of paintball markers, tanks, loaders, and related equipment.
MUST have tech experience working in a paintball field and/or pro-shop.
Experience in an office or other professional environment a plus.
Proficiency with PC & Mac-based platforms a plus.
The right candidates will receive an all expense paid trip for training at PTI (Paintball Training Institute) in Tennessee to obtain a C5A Master Air Smith Certification.

Operations Manager (Weekends & Nights):

In charge of overseeing the daily operations of the Obnoxious Paintball facility and its employees.
Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written, supervisory, management and strong leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt easily to any challenge.
Must maintain order in the facility at all times – from the Pro•Shop to the fields.
Coordinate with the security personnel in all matters pertaining to the safety of the players and our customers.
An Obnoxious Team player, but also an Obnoxious Team leader.
Experience in paintball is not required, but is a plus.
Proficiency with PC & Mac-based platforms in MS Office and Quick Books or other accounting software.
At least 3+ years management experience is required.
Bachelor degree is required as well as a resume.

Web Design / E-Commerce Development:

Maintain, update, and design Obnoxious Paintball’s main site & e-commerce Pro•Shop as well as the Obnoxious Kustoms site and content.
Create new and fresh designs for the Obnoxious brand, corporate image, and all advertisements.
Add new products and offers to the e-commerce site.
At least 1-2 years of experience in web design & e-commerce sites and architecture.
Adobe Creative Suite - PhotoShop, DreamWeaver, Acrobat, etc. are a must. Flash and Illustrator are a plus as well as any 3D modeling programs.
College degree is required as well as a resume.
